Home Health Aides

Home health aides (HHAs) play a vital role in the healthcare system by providing essential personal care and support services to individuals who are elderly, disabled, or recovering from illness in the comfort of their own homes. Their responsibilities typically include assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation, as well as monitoring basic health signs and providing companionship. By helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life, home health aides offer both emotional and physical support, often becoming a crucial part of the care team alongside nurses, therapists, and family members.
